Ever since Ben Affleck put on the Bat Suit, people were already talking about who will play Batman next. And now that Affleck is out as the leading man, we want to know who the next actor will be to put on the suit. Batman has been played by a total of eight actors: Lewis G. Wilson, Robert Lowrey, Adam West, Michael Keaton, Val Kilmer, George Clooney, Christian Bale, Will Arnett (OK just the voice) and Ben Affleck. But Hollywood is looking for No. 9.
A character's attempt to deliberately fail at some task (usually to fuel some other, hidden goal) backfires when the intended failure proves impossible, or becomes an unwanted success instead; in other words, they failed at failing. EnergyBet features odds in the Next Batman Under Ben Affleck market, with more than 20 actors on the list. Armie Hammer is once again at the top with odds of 7/4. Robbert Pattinson is following him closely from behind with odds of 7/2, while Jake Gyllenhaal is in the third spot, available at 4/1. Their odds on favorite’s Armie Hammer, which is interesting as he’s actually been cast as Batman before in Mad Max director George Miller’s cancelled Justice League Mortal. Putting him at +165 is quite short, though, especially with the little information we currently have. For now, it’s probably best to hold off on picking Harington. He would make a great Batman, but we don’t know if he’s even on the Warner Bros.
I thought Ben Affleck wasn't that bad, but his personal problems probably led him to be out for the next time Batman needs to be in a DC Comics movie. Either way, the upcoming Matt Reeves-directed Batman movie might have to be its own standalone film because fining the next Batman could be a challenge.
Fans of the Christopher Nolan trilogy have petitioned the return of Christian Bale as the Caped Crusader, but I don't see that happening. As long as George Clooney doesn't wear the suit then I'm happy! Sports book MyBookie has posted odds on who will put the Bat Suit on next in any DC Comics movie, and some of the actors they have listed will make you scratch your head.

Field +650
Notice how this betting proposition says 'Any DC Comics Movie'? Multiple DC Comics rumors are out there that could use the Batman character in films such as Suicide Squad 2, maybe another Justice League movie, and others. That is why I believe this list covers all bases, and wouldn't shock me if the 'Field' is the winning bet.
I'm going give you not one but two actors that I believe could wear the Bat Suit in any DC Comics movie, and the prices that are posted seems too good to be true. I'm only giving out two actors, but again I would highly recommend betting the 'Field' +650 as well because anything can happen in a superhero action movie.
Jon Hamm +200
I know Kit Harington is the favorite, but all the buzz in Hollywood is Jon Hamm putting on the Bat Suit. The former Mad Men star has movie director Kevin Smith on his side, and Hamm has said in multiple events that he would love to play Batman. Rumors were swirling around after the movie 'Batman v Superman' that Hamm wanted to steal the role of Batman in the movie Justice League, and usually where there is smoke there is fire. It wouldn't shock me to see Hamm be the next Caped Crusader.

Matthew Goode 25-1
When 'Batman v Superman' was first announced, Goode was on a short list for both roles, and he was also considered to play Lex Luthor. Goode has the personality to play an outstanding Bruce Wayne, but his physicality to put the Bat Suit on could be a challenge. I liked him in the movie 'Watchmen', so that could give him the small edge. How can you pass up 25-1 on Goode since he was already on the short list when they were picking actors for 'Batman v Superman'? I'm not saying he is a shoe in, but again he's at 25-1 betting odds. I will take a shot!
